Fees and Expenses:
The program fee for the Iacocca Global Village is $5,000. There are limited scholarships available on a first-come, first-served basis.

This fee covers:
- Individual mentoring
- Workshops and projects
- Interactive learning sessions and experiences at Lehigh University
- Visits to New York City and Philadelphia
- Lodging in on-campus dormitories
- Most event meals
- All virtual programming

Please note that scholarship funding is limited, and only a small number of requests can be fulfilled.

Visa Considerations:

If you are outside the U.S. and not currently a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, you will need to enter the U.S. in a valid immigration status to participate in the program. Below are the options for how you will travel to the United States:

- For those who have a valid B1/B2 visa stamp in your passport already, it should be valid through the end of the program (August 1, 2025).

- If you are a citizen of a country that participates in the Visa Waiver Program, you will be able to use ESTA to travel to the US. If you have already used ESTA, verify if your ESTA status is still valid through the length of the program (August 1, 2025). If you have not already used ESTA, you will need to apply online at least 1 week before you plan to travel to the US.

- All others invited to participate in the program will be issued a Form DS-2019 to apply for a J-1 Visa stamp at your local U.S. Embassy/Consulate.

All fees associated with applying for a visa/immigration status are the responsibility of the participant. Invitation to participate in the Global Villages does not guarantee that your Visa application will be approved.

REMINDERS:
• DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST WEEK TO COMPLETE THE APPLICATION
• REVIEW ALL FORMS BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE APPLICATION PROCESS
• REFRAIN FROM ADDING UNSOLICITED REFERENCES, RECOMMENDATIONS OR MATERIALS

Do not add newspaper clippings, photographs, research papers, certificates, or other unsolicited materials. The selection board will not see them and may slow the process of your application review.
